Planned network maintenance: IXICA Vancouver Data Center infrastructure upgrade

Description
In our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service, IXICA, in coordination with our data center partner, will be performing scheduled network maintenance at our Vancouver facility to facilitate a migration to new routing hardware.

Maintenance Details:
* Start: July 29, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT
* End: July 30, 2026, at 4:00 AM PDT

Impact:
During this maintenance window, users may experience 15-30 minutes of degraded call quality or intermittent connectivity issues for incoming calls involving DIDs in the Greater Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton regions. Please note that outbound calling will remain fully operational and unaffected by this maintenance.
