Potential Service Impact

IXICA's primary eastern network infrastructure is not affected by this maintenance and is expected to remain operational throughout the scheduled maintenance windows.

While widespread service interruptions are not anticipated, due to the complexity of our network infrastructure and the interdependencies between network locations, some customers may experience intermittent call failures, unsuccessful call attempts, or brief disruptions to active calls during the maintenance periods.

These impacts, if encountered, are expected to be temporary and limited to services or call paths that rely on the affected infrastructure.

IXICA's Network Operations Centre will actively monitor network operations throughout the maintenance windows and coordinate with our infrastructure providers to address any service-related issues.

No action is required at this time. This advisory is being provided as a precaution to ensure customers are aware of the potential for intermittent service disruptions.
