In our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest levels of service and network reliability, IXICA will be performing scheduled fiber infrastructure upgrades at our Vancouver Data Center.
Impact and Risk:
During this maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent connectivity for DIDs within the Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary regions. Please note that outbound calling services will remain unaffected and fully operational.
